hi! Metropolis doesn't sell hosues and lots, just lots only...giving the lotowner the freehand to choose thier house designs and yes...the way the live.
Lot prices range from (philippine pesos) 700K+ to 1M+. Of course there the usual big discounts for cash purchase or even no interest contract terms.

its a 15min drive from downtown via the coastal hi-way. around 20-25 mins via jaro, hi-way.

Yeah, I have some friends who just moved there. They're running a boarding house for Koreans studying in the city. It's actually quite a ways from the city if you're taking a jeepney, but I guess it's not too bad if you're in a taxi or your own vehicle.

How about the recent super typhoon frank,did it flood there?

Fortunately, homeowners inside the subdivision were spared from any flooding cause by Typhoon Frank. The waters covered the national hi-way including parts of the rotunda entrance but thank God, the residential portion of the subdivision wasn't affected.
